Model Lease Agreement Business Space
Lease agreement to be used for retail spaces or for, under Dutch law known as, 290-business premises. This means that this agreement is suitable for shops, commercial enterprises, crafts businesses and pick up and delivery services. For hotel, restaurant and café spaces you can use our hospitality industry lease agreement (in Dutch: huur- / pachtovereenkomst horeca).
As is often the case in the business rental market, this a fixed-term contract including an automatic extension of the lease. We also have a separate lease agreement management companies and operating companies (in Dutch: huurovereenkomst tussen beheer- en werk bv’s).
How to fill in the agreement
Please fill in the details of the leased space and include the details of the lessor (in Dutch: huurder) the rent and the lease term. A good description of the business space or shop and details of any facilities that must be installed is essential. Please include a list in the schedule and have it initialled.
