A service company does not only provide a business address, but also renders additional services, such as a telephone services, call forwarding services, meeting spaces, mail services or mail forwarding services.

Please fill in the details of the service company, the user and the business address. Also fill in the monthly fee, the notice period and the purchase of additional services.

Context

This document can be used in the following situation:
This contract is in keeping with the trend towards business communities, co-working spaces and start-ups and scale-ups working remotely. A physical office is not required, but presenting a professional image to the outside world is. Furthermore, you only use facilities that you need at that particular moment. To the outside world your company does have a business address.

Providers of this service need to draw up an agreement. This is necessary in order to make clear which services are purchased. It is expressly stated that this is not a lease agreement. Security of tenure does not apply here. The user is not a lessee, (in Dutch: huurder), but is a purchaser of services. A provision of services that is more extensive is sharing office space (in Dutch: kantoorruimte delen).
