Private use of company car
User contract for employer-provided vehicles. Our company car agreement is legally valid when signed by both parties. The employee will sign on receipt of the car. The car make, model and registration number are filled in on a separate application form (included free of charge).
Our company car user agreement is useful, because it’s important to make proper business arrangements about returning in the case of a long illness or suspension (in Dutch: non-actiefstelling or schorsing). You also make arrangements about the risks that are the responsibility of the employee, such as damage and the deduction of fines from salary payments.
How to fill in the agreement
Complete the application form with the essential information. Also state the number of kilometres per year allowed for the private use of the car. Of course it is also possible to use the car for business purposes only. The name and address fields of the user and the company are clearly indicated.

This document can be used in the following situation:
Employees who receive a vehicle for business purposes must sign a company car agreement. It states that the employer is provided with a car or van for the purpose of the performance of the duties of the employment.
If your organisation has more than five cars it’s advisable to draw up regulations (in Dutch: reglement auto van de zaak). These regulations include general rules for all members of staff who are offered a company car. You can enclose these regulations with our agreement.
